1. JEasy
JEasy is an application designer for JAVA using SWING components.
The main concepts are to store all GUI components in an XML file,
to use Layout Managers for presentation at runtime
and to use XML-messages to transfer informations
between user and data storage.
All GUI components and messages with their properties are defined
inside the JEasy repository.

5. Dictionary
This is a great way to get repeat visitors!If the subject matter of your site contains words or phrases which are unique to your industry, why not place a searchable dictionary on your site?Upload a text file with your words and definitions along with the script and soon you'll have a searchable dictionary. There is a feature to allow clickable links to other terms within the dictionary which are displayed with the definitions.
6. Link Engine
Everyone likes to exchange links, but keeping track of links isn't always the easiest thing to do. It's easy now! From any browser login to the admin screen and add as many links as you want to as many categories as you want. The script will let you search the links list, or display it in a simple one page format. You can also display a "Link of the Day" on any page with a server side include.

8. CounterMail
Not all web hosts allow server side includes, and many do not provide statistical information about your visitors. You'd like to know who is visiting your page, what route they're taking through your site, what browser they are using, and what time they were there?Maybe you want to know the sites which are linking to you and which links are generating the most traffic. Now this is all possible, even with limited CGI access.
Do you ever wish you could change the key of a song so that it's not too high, or not so low? Choose how many half-steps you want it to go up or down, for example, 5 or -6-- then whether you prefer flats or sharps. One press of a button and the work is done.
10. PrayerWall
This script is free for a limited time. Does your church web site have a way for people to post prayer requests? If not, this script may be a nice enhancement. With the integrated RSS feed, people can subscribe using their RSS reader and always have the latest prayer requests available. Be alerted everytime there is a new request. Even allow the whole church to subscribe to requests (using a group, such as Yahoo groups).
Like many of the scripts I design now, an RSS feed is integrated right into it. This script allows the user to read four or five chapters a day, usually two from the old and two from the new. In this manner, the entire Bible can be read in a year. It can be viewed in a browser, using the style of your site, or it can be read in an RSS reader. Currently it fetches The Message from the Gospelcom.
12. CheapGas
This is script is disabled. I will do custom RSS scrape scripts for you. This fetch script grabs the gas prices from your city's gas site, parses the content, and displays it in one of three formats: an RSS feed to place in your news reader, a text display for reading on a variety of platforms, or to use in server side includes, and an HTML format which will use your header and footer.
13. AFU Form Submit
Many times you may want to collect a lot of information from a user that isn't covered in Auto FollowUp, like phone number, address, city, credit card information, etc. There are five customised fields in AFU, but perhaps some of this information doesn't belong in a customized field. That's when this script comes in. Create any form you want, with as many fields as you would like.
14. iAward
Exchanging links back to your site is still one of the key ways to increase traffic. Finding creative ways to get these links has always been difficult. With this script, you can starting giving out your own 'site award. ' Visitors will be sent special HTML code which they can insert in their pages, and this code links back to you! Want targeted traffic? Only give out awards to sites with relevant content.
15. FileCABINET
FileCABINET is a full featured shopping cart database ideal for software. As software designers, one of the challenges we face is keeping the information about our software accessable to our users. Our time is often taken up with updating PAD files, maintaining version numbers, generating accurate Froogle feeds, tracking updates, or managing mailing lists.
16. iTreePad
If you've seen TreePad, then you know it's a great way to save and organize data. (See www. treepad. com) I describe it as an Explorer for Notepad. Now you can share this data over the Internet with an online explorer-style viewer. Simply upload your TreePad file in ASCII, and visitors can browse your TreePad the way it was meant to be seen: as a tree. This script allows you to open up whatever HJT files are located in the directory.
17. SiteShadow
This is a neat way to mimic content from another site. Your web server can pose as a web browser, visit a web site of your choice, extrapolate content, modify it, and then feed it back to a user on your site. Using a search and replace routine, you can tell the script exactly what to look for and what to put in it's place. A snippet of JavaScript can be instantly removed, or the name of the site can be automatically modified.
18. HomePage2
With this script you can give users access to their own page and update it when they wish to. . . perhaps a member's section on a group web site, or maybe allow users to leave their own mark. The script allows the uploading of a single picture-- the user can change this picture when they wish. It has a section for favourite links, a headline and title, and a section for the body of the web page.
19. PostCard
Allow your visitors to send any image on your site as a postcard. They can even customize the colours and the style, as well as choose their own background music. Like many of the scripts on this site, this is useful for generating traffic to your site, because the card recipient must visit your site to view their card.
20. RoomReservation
This script does require you to have a basic understanding of HTML and Perl so that you can modify the rooms and other information to suit your needs.
21. FavSync Perl
FavSync is a free program which will keep your favourites menu from various computers 'In Sync. ' Now, using this free Perl script, you can view your favourite URLs, even if you're not at your own computer.
22. MP3 Database
If you have a band, and want a simple way to manage your mp3s FROM YOUR OWN SITE, then this script is for you. Upload MP3's to a directory, then fill a quick database using Excel. Include features like song image, story behind the song, stream link, download link, purchase amount, and more! This script automatically manages streaming, downloading, song history, story, lyrics, and more.
23. RSS News Fetch
This small script will fetch X number of items from an RSS feed, parse it as plain HTML, and print it to a browser. In order to speed things up, the RSS feed is cached to a text file on the server. It checks for updates to the feed every Y number of days. The 'see it work' link below is for our news page on this site. This page is generated from my blog on CrookedBush. com. 24. Outlook TabCal
Have you ever wanted a way to make your Outlook calendar data more accessible? What about a way to integrate your calendar with the same look and feel into your web site?Outlook TabCal takes care of it all. As the name suggests, TabCal reads tab formatted calendar files. From Outlook, click File, Import and Export, Export to a File, then Tab Separated Values. Outlook will save your calendar in tab format.
25. Random Image
This script is easy to set up. Simply use FTP to upload images in a special directory. They can be the same size or varying sizes. Then call the script from your SHTML web page using an "include. " Each load of the page will show a different image.
26. Random Text
What to place random quotes in a footer on every page? Perhaps you'd like to change HTML in the body of your document each time someone visits your site? This script is an easy solution: it reads a text file which you've created ahead of time, randomly chooses one of these clips of text, and prints it to the users browser anywhere in the document you want it to. Include a snippet of HTML, like a random link, or the code for an image.
When I design web sites for clients, I now use this script to put the control into their hands; rather than hire me for every little content modification, they can easily make the changes themselves from any browser. Do they need to upload images? No problem; this script includes a file manager for a special upload directory. They can quickly place images in this folder, and remove old ones.
28. Blog - Poster
The "postblog" script makes use of Blosxom, a free Perl script which reads text files and displays them as weblogs. The shortcoming of Blosxom is that there is no intrinsic way to post new blogs to a web server via a browser. That's where this Blog Poster script comes in. It intelligently 'guesses' where to save the blog and keeps tracks of edits. Delete posts, move posts, edit posts and redate posts from any browser.
29. FAQ Search
FAQ Search allows you to place a searchable and easy-to-update Frequently Asked Questions database on your site in minutes. One script file, and a single database text file can be uploaded in a few minutes giving your users access to the most recent answers. One of the most important pages on a site is a Frequently Asked Questions page.
30. BookViewer
This is fun, and a great way to add some style to documents you need to place on the web. Upload a text file to the Internet and let users view it as a real book, even turn pages with sound effects. If you have multiple books, they are displayed in a library from which to choose the book you want. The words are set up to fit the page perfectly, and the pages are created automatically.
