PictureViewerX is an application for displaying pictures and movies.

It was originally designed to display pictures and movies from digital cameras, but you can display any picture and any movie as long as it is supported by your system's configuration.

Picture Viewer does not provide a timed slide show, this can be done with tools that come free with the computer's operating system.

* Picture auto-rotation (*1).
* Full-screen presentation of the picture with an information line.
* User-editable description text per picture or movie.
* Navigation via Apple's remote control (*2).
* Ease of use (not overloaded with features).

* Application is immediately executable. No special installation procedure necessary.

(*1) Requires EXIF rotation information to be present in the picture.
(*2) Requires a certain third-party free software (see manual).
