2X Predicts Increased Demand for Thin Client Computing in Asia

Thin client / server based computing growth in Asia-Pacific The thin client market in the Asia-Pacific (including Japan), or APJ region, hasrecorded strong year-on-year growth, from 171,000 units in 2004 to 280,000 units in2005, representing a 64% expansion. The growth has been fueled by a strong vendorpush across the countries in the region, as well as growing acceptance of the thinclient concept, as vendor presence increases across APJ.
