9Rays` Russian RandD Department detaches into an independent company

 The main idea of this initiative is not to sever relationswith 9Rays.Net, but to provide auspicious conditions for a more intensive promotionof a group pf products under our own brand, yet retaining close partnership with9Rays.Net, explained Mr. Andrey Mazurov, the head of the Russian R&D department, such reorganization will let us optimize the process of development and companyresource allocation as well as avoid the so-called  teething troublesÂ' which areinevitable in a fast growing business.Â

In the short run, the companies schedule to announce a new brand  PerpetuumSoftware. Such world-known products as Report Sharp-Shooter, a powerful reportingengine, OLAP ModelKit, a pivot table component, Instrumentation ModelKit and someother software products will be marketed as products by Perpetuum Software.

The new Perpetuum SoftwareÂ's corporate web site has already been developed and isready for launch. Besides that, the executives of Perpetuum Software are toreconsider the licensing policy to make it more optimal and hence more convenientfor both individual developers and corporate customers of any size.

The representatives of both companies assure that this restructuring will not affect9RaysÂ' current clients in any way. The quality of support provided will remain onthe same high level; the inquiries related to Perpetuum Software and its productswill be promptly readdressed to an appropriate representative within PerpetuumSoftware, all complex issues will be dealt with individually as it was before.

9Rays.Net, Inc will continue the development of develop tools and software solutionsfor .NET Windows Forms, Web Forms and Widows Mobile. New versions of such productsas Spices.Net and FlyGrid.Net are scheduled for release this year. The new versionof FlyTreeView.Asp.Net has already been presented. 9Rays.Net, Inc intends to extendits presence on the developer tools market by releasing new localization, licensingand protection tools.
