Dhir was named Executive Vice President in charge of AOLÂ's international operationsin January 2007. Prior to that, Dhir was Senior Vice President and Country Managerfor AOLÂ's operations in India. Upon being named head of AOLÂ's internationaloperations, Dhir announced that he would lead his worldwide efforts from Bangalore,making him the first international head of a global online company to be based inIndia.
