Dr.Web Security Suite for Unix Appliance includes products to protect mail trafficfrom viruses and spam (Dr.Web Mail Security Suite for Unix Appliances) and to scanHTTP and FTP traffic for viruses ( Dr.Web Gateway Security Suite for Unix Appliancesin Unix-family networks (Linux/FreeBSD/OpenBSD/Solaris (x86).
Engineers of Novell Consulting took part in development of the new server applianceusing ETegro Technologies hardware. An elaborated automatic installation procedureexcludes a possibility of an error while configuring by a customer IT-staff.
A VPN protection system from Infotecs is expected to be added to the components ofthe solution in the nearest future, so the solution will be able to protect remoteconnections to local resources of a network and shield file transfer andcommunication channels between offices of a customer.This solutions will be suppliedas the set of products and an appliance.
