4. If you use assistants, take time to train them. If you have people that help youout in your business, make the time each day to properly train them. If you don't,you'll find yourself working harder, than if you didn't have them. They have to betrained correctly in order for you to get results, and save yourself time. Also, agood filing system will keep your business sailing along smooth. Organization is thekey, if you're not organized, you can hardly train someone else to be.

5. Make time to review your business. It is imperative to stay on top of yourbusiness by reviewing past months and projecting the future months. After starting, you will beable to see things that need to be done in the future, as well as analyze past mistakes.

Time management is of the utmost importance. Once you have this mastered, you'll find yourself enjoying the home work life much more. You'll get more accomplished andwon't feel stressed over getting behind with your work. You must be the one to take control ofyour time.

After all, it is the only time you have.
