PPL requires Windows 2000 and up with 256 MB of RAM and 3 MB of hard drive space. Iftarget platform is a PDA, PPL requires a PocketPC 2000, 2002, Windows Mobile 2003 or2005 compatible device with 16mb RAM and 1mb of storage space.
