VDS Technologies has released AspMap for .NET 4.0, ahigh-performance, Web mapping component for embedding spatial data display andanalysis capabilities in ASP.NET applications. AspMap adds interactive maps to yourweb site, dynamically generating maps such as: streets and highways, parcel maps,point-to-point routes and aerial photography. Whether you have a local governmentweb site, a real estate web site or a vehicle tracking web site, or if you providelocation-based services, AspMap can give you the functionality you need to turn theoccasional visitor to your site into a regular user.

AspMap 4.0 offers the following new features:

- Map and legend controls for ASP.NET - JPEG 2000 support - Scale dependent layer display - On-the-fly projection of map data - Multi-point routing - Turn-by-turn driving directions - Samples for VS.NET and VS 2005
