CADSoftTools released software for AutoCAD DWG DXF viewing on PDA

To run the application the Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 2.0has to be installed on the device too. After installing the Pocket PC CAD viewer itsicon appears in the Programs window of the portable device (see the figure 1). After this any CAD filestored on the storage card of the pocket PC can be opened through the File menu (seethe figure 2).

Itcan be used by the construction and other engineers in the field where desktopcomputers can't be used and notebooks are considered too bulky.

CAD Import. NET for Compact Framework represents an SDK for software developers. Itcontains all classes used in the Pocket PC CAD Viewer and additional classes thatprovide an access to the CAD entities. The source code of the library is written onC#.NET and the library can be used by the code written on any language representedin Visual Studio .NET. It can find a wide use in the software community.
