He will assume responsibility for business development, partner and clientrelations and internal operations. Bob joins a high powered management team thatwill build CerkiTek into a highly viable, world-class software and services firmproviding high value results to the small and mid-sized business marketplace.
Calabrese has a proven track record of success with pioneering startup companies. Prior to joining CerkiTek, he held positions with GE Power Systems, IBM, Citigroup,Xerox and SVG Lithography Systems. Bob has broad experience in the InformationTechnology arena  from multinational consumer and industrial Fortune 100 firms tosmall, innovative, Internet startup organizations. He has functioned in a varietyof capacities - Technology Consultant, Director of IT, VP of Sales, VP of Operationsand Chief Operating Officer in areas spanning software development,telecommunication services, technology deployment and utilization to businessprocess re-engineering. Bob has controlled multimillion dollar budgets and managedgeographically dispersed teams up to 50 people. He has also worked closely withworld-class audit and consulting firms, completed projects critical to the successof organizations in transition like divestiture and leveraged buyout andoutsourcing.

He received his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and hisMS degree from the Graduate Management Institute of Union College. He served overtwo years as a US Army Corps of Engineers officer on special assignment to theDeputy Chief of Staff in Washington DC.
