The second, and most important, aspect of the TTP is that the overseas nurses do not have to go anywhere for the training or spend a penny either: The TTP goes to the nurse, wherever she or he is. The only requirements the nurse should have are a computer and Internet connection, and intention and commitment, for the lessons to flow at a time convenient for learning. The TTP lessons have been designed by expert tutors engaged by Care Globe,both in NCLEX-RN and IELTS, and come in six modules, including Medical and Surgical, Pediatric, Math, Psychiatry,Miscellaneous and IELTS. The TTP tutors, through the video-based course, ensure that the nurse has thoroughly understood what is being taught by clearing doubts, answering questions and holding about 100 model exams. The
trainee nurse can ask a question while the lesson is online or use the REC facility. She or he can Ring Up, Email or Chat with the tutors so that the answer is delivered within 24 hours. Each registered nurse normally needs to spend about 180 hours under the program to get through the TTP.

The TTP ensures that the trainee nurse is adequately prepared to sit for the Main Exam to be conducted by the CGFNS (Commission on Graduation of Foreign Nurses) of the US at the instance of Care Globe.After clearing the CGFNS, the successful TTP trainee will get the license and becomes eligible to migrate to USA on a working visa. As part of the contract, the nurse will send the CGFNS Certificate to Care Globe which will not rest till it finds a placement for the person in a choice client hospital in the US.s soon as the Placement, Visa and other formalities are completed by Care Globe's staff in New Jersey and elsewhere, the nurse will fly to the US along with spouse and children below 21 years of age, if any. The airfare is for free for all members of the nurse's immediate family. At the destination airport, the nurse/family is received and taken to accommodation, where one month's rent is also free. The nurse may sign a contract with the US client hospital for 18 months or 2 years, but requires Green Card, insurance,driving license and other such necessities.
