Los Altos, CA  December 14, 2006  Red Earth Software, developer of email content security software, today announced that the CavaliersOperating Company have deployed Policy Patrol Disclaimers for their 300 users onMicrosoft Exchange Server. The  CavsÂ' use Policy Patrol to add uniform andpromotional email signatures and to add user-based legal disclaimers.

The Cavaliers Operating Company that operates and owns the Cleveland Cavaliersprofessional basketball team and the Quicken Loans Arena, selected Policy PatrolDisclaimers because of its ability to centrally add signatures at Exchange Serverlevel and to automatically personalize each signature by making use of ActiveDirectory merge fields. This means that the  CavsÂ' only need to maintain one centralsignature and can easily include constantly changing information about upcomingevents. In addition, the Cavs use Policy Patrol to add disclaimers for the legaldepartment.

Since Policy Patrol Disclaimers allows us to make use of Active Directory mergefields, the administration effort is close to zeroÂ' said Ed Kordel, Director ofInformation Technology at the Cavaliers Operating Company. Â We simply created onesignature that is automatically personalized for each user. News about upcomingevents is communicated by an animated gif within the signature. Another neat featureis Policy PatrolÂ's ability to position signatures on replies and forwards after thelast entered message text instead of at the bottom of the emailÂ'.
