CODESTONEÂ'S Fiona Page is hoping to make a splash when shetakes part in a gruelling charity sea swim.
The online marketing assistant has gone from being an occasional recreationalswimmer to taking part in the British Heart FoundationÂ's Hearts First Swim. At 1.4miles, the event between Bournemouth and Boscombe Pier is thought to be theUKÂ's longest offshore charity swim.
 I slept for two days after my first big training session , said the 24-year-oldwho works at Poole technology firm Codestone.
 But itÂ's getting better now  I find if I train in the morning before work IÂ'm muchmore focused throughout the day.
 My sponsor form has been around the office and my colleagues at Codestone havegiven great support.
 I am a little worried about how tough it will be if the weather is as wet and windyas it has been. But IÂ've promised myself a holiday in Spain as an incentive and achance to recover.Â
Fiona, who lives in Bournemouth, has been swimming up to 90 lengths at theLittledown Leisure Centre in preparation for the challenge on July 22. The charityevent is one of the biggest highlights of the year with up to 1,000 people takingpart.
