This unique feature allows administrators to remotely view their hardware andsoftware assets to ascertain information such as operating system status, patchmanagement or the upgrade level of each machine. In the event that something goeswrong, IT administrators can use Intel vPro processor technology and Intel Centrino Pro processor technology to reduce expensive desk-side visits and even toidentify and diagnose potential problems before they cause a failure.
