Mr. Fischer brings 15 years of experience in the technology sector and in productmarketing . Most recently, Carsten served as a strategic marketing lead for Opera'sdesktop products where he developed business strategies for Opera solutions andsoftware business. During this time, Carsten was focused on improving both identityassurance processes within browsers as well as enhancing user experience. Carstenalso played a key role in the CAB Forum - an association initiated by Comodo thatbrings together browser providers and leading certification authorities to establishonline identity assurance guidelines.
Carsten's other experience also includes SuSE Linux where he was solution architect,responsible for conceptualizing and launching core Linux products to new markets.Carsten also worked as a journalist and held several marketing communicationspositions working with companies like BBC, Beosweb and the German broadcastindustry.
