The stated aim of pdf-Office Professional is to make creatingPDF forms as easy as possible, its intuitive user interface supporting especiallythose users that only occasionally need to create PDF forms. Since the files that the software produces are a hundred-percent compatible PDF, thesoftwareÂ's range of functionality covers everything that the user will need whenviewing and working with the form in Acrobat Reader  whether this involves text,number or calculation entries, selection boxes, list boxes or a variety of othercontrols. All of the possibilities available in PDF forms up to complex programmingare already integrated into the software. If required, forms can also be created from scratch as with MS Word, using texts,images and fields, or based on a template that can import PDF, JPG, BMP, TIFF, GIF,ONM, PNG and FPX formats. A few clicks of the mouse are all that is needed to addinteractive user controls to the forms resulting in professional PDF forms  notraining required. Once created, the forms can be altered or added to at any timeusing pdf-Office Professional. The image processing improvements in Version 5.5 mainly affect imported image dataalready existing in another format, which can now be resized (graphically andnumerically, proportionally and non-proportionally), positioned by XY coordinates,or restored to their original size by pressing a button. Other improvements includetab-sequence control and automatic error removal on image import.
