CentraSite, the open standards-based SOA Governance solution co-developed bySoftware AG and Fujitsu, controls and administers all artifacts in an SOA-basedapplication landscape. Credit Suisse will use CentraSite to store interfacedescriptions and map the structure of associated mainframe applications. Thecompany s primary objective is to uncouple existing applications from each other inorder to build a flexible application landscape.
Credit Suisse will implement CentraSite as part of the first phase scheduled forcompletion by September 2007. Subsequent phases will extend CentraSite as thecentral registry and repository for Credit Suisse s SOA application landscapeworldwide, replacing its proprietary solution. Credit Suisse is at the forefront ofusing SOA, having established its program in 1998.
