Cry stal Office Systems announces the release of DayMate 6.1.
DayMate is a versatile intuitive day planner. This profesionally developed and welldesigned application allows to create and schedule reminders than can pop upmessages with optional sound effects; start applications or open documents; and shutdown, reboot, or power down your system. DayMate can also check for new e-mail, dialphone numbers, synchronize system time via the Internet, send messages, and open aspecified Web sites. You can create single or recurring events, color-code differentitem types, set reminders for upcoming events, and more. A drag and drop featureallows you to easily reschedule an event or change its duration.
DayMate allows you to view all your events in a daily, weekly, monthly, or yearlyoverview and get a quick look at the events of a single day in any calendar view. Inaddition, you can display a stay-on-top clock, as well as have the program chime orspeak the hour, half hour, and quarter hour.
