The companyÂ's third development facility will handle projects in all corecompetencies of DataArt, including .NET and Java, and will employ over 30 engineersby the end of the year. The University of Kherson was selected for its tradition ofacademic excellence and advanced IT and telecommunications infrastructure. 8,000students attend Kherson University, taught by more than 300 professors and 18academics.
 Kherson was an ideal place for opening a sophisticated R&D center, said MichaelZaitsev, CEO of DataArt.  The enormous potential of engineering students and theirthirst for challenging projects was a perfect match for DataArtÂ's demand forskillful development force.Â

DataArtÂ's engineering force has been growing at 40% a year. The office in Kherson isthe second R&D office opened by DataArt in the last year. Voronezh facility grew to50 people during that time, and the main St. Petersburg facility currently employsover 250 people.
