 Zedan currently has 85 listed resellers of IT products that would be naturaloutlets for NOD32. Zedan is potentially in a position to sell NOD32 to each of its8,000 existing end-users of other Zedan IT products as well as to new users. Some ofthese customers have very large networks. This is a fairly easy product to sell andsupport and almost any supplier of technical services or products could carry itwith suitable technical back-up from Zedan, stated Mr. Neophytou.
Prior to the partnership, the Saudi Arabian market for ESET was addressed by onesingle distributor and any enquiries from end users were directed directly to theorganisation. With ESET and NOD32 gaining increasing recognition in the country andwith demand increasing exponentially, ESET felt the need for a second distributorwho could help address the wide market better.
