Elitecore Technologies has announced a change of name from JISP Billing to CrestelConvergent Billing. Crestel accurately depicts the end-to-end capabilities of thesolution which are in tune with the market movement towards triple-play convergence.
Crestel is based on a convergent billing framework, providing next generationtriple-play services to wireline and wireless networks over a single platform.
