CA, a web-based non-profit organization registered in UK,has developed and introduced totally new web crawling technology which is based oncombination of open source programming, human input based standardized web contentdescription language and an open democratic/ electoral administrative structure. The overall concept assumes encouraging millions of advanced internet users tocontribute some of their time and computer resources to creating massive library ofstandardized and well structured information about web sites (URLs, pages, HTMLstructure, and thematic content etc.). OMFICA promotes so-called Internet ContentDescription Language (ICDL) a new standard for web site creators to describe webpage structure and content specifically for web crawlers and search engines. Thesedata received in the forms of ICDL standard files are kept in ICPR (Internet ContentParse Results) Storages and if used by general and thematic search engines willprovide faster and much more accurate internet search results. ICDL is announced tobe fully compatible with Semantic Web concepts defined by W3C. OMFICA declares its mission as setting-up an instrument to provide equalopportunities and promote fair and competitive web search and search relevantservices market. In fact, if ambitious plans of this organization succeed and ITcommunity adapts the idea and approach, the overall situation in the search engineand adjacent markets will be drastically changed and some of existing leaders mayfind their dominant positions endangered So, may be it s time to sell Google shares?
