HP today expanded the industryÂ's broadest portfolio of trustworthy commercialcomputing products with five new business PCs, a thin client solution and three newmonitors which are designed and engineered to simplify business customersÂ' mosttroublesome IT concerns.
HPÂ's latest solution offers offer businesses a competitive edge with breakthroughinnovations and technologies to get the most out of resources and shrinking ITbudgets.
The company expanded its laserjet portfolio, with two new color MultifunctionPrinters (MFPs) and one monochrome All-in-One, one color single-function Laser Jetprinter and two monochrome All-in-One, one color single-function Laser Jet printers;including a scanning solution.
The company announced a refreshed SMB Portal, which now promises easy access tointeractive solutions and information for SMBs. HP also launched a superior HP Totalcare program in Asia Pacific.
Addressing the HPÂ's annual Smart Office event held today in New Delhi, Senior Vicepresident, Personal Systems Group, HP Asia Pacific and Japan, Adrian Koch said, SMBs are growing at a rapid rate in Asia Pacific and HP is well placed to providethe level of support and service that they need.Â
He added, Â HP has launched HP Total Care, which offers forward thinking business,innovative, practical and personal solutions to help to the SMB segment, which willhelp in making their business become more competitive.Â
Speaking about the workstation existence and demand in the SMB segment President,Personal Systems Group, Ravi Swaminathan said, Â HP workstations are like jewels inHP products portfolio and are experiencing a good growth and demand in the market.Â
He added, Â Our mobile products i.e. laptops etc. are also doing very well in B and Cclass cities and to provide the related accessories for these products we haveexclusively appointed Rashi Peripherals to look after the accessories distributionin every part of the country.Â
Commenting on the service support being provided by HP, Swaminathan commented, Â HPis focusing on setting up its own service centres in every part of the country andthat effort, during a short period of time we have established our authorisedservice centres in 120 cities.Â
The new services to be provided by HP include HP Universal Print Driver (UPD), HPWeb Jetadmin 8.1, HP easy printer care software, HP Marketing Assistant Softwareand, Secure printing solutions.
