Mortgage Calculator enables usersto calculate conventional and interest-only mortgages using the same intuitive toolsand see the full payment plan for the period of loan. Apart from that, the programsupports adjustable rate mortgages and provides information on annual percentagerates with respect to the closing payments made by the borrower. Working with theprogram is a snap - all mortgage data are shown on the right pane of the program inthe form of an expandable table. A single mouse click gives you access to any yearof your mortgage and allows you to see detailed per-month information (rate,principal, interest, extra payments, total per year and remaining balance), as wellas change interest rates and specify projected extra payments that will affect theloan total. The interface of the program is lightweight and flexible you canminimize unnecessary information blocks and focus on what's really important at themoment. You can also work with multiple mortgages and easily switch between them.
