ITpreneurs Launches ITIL(r) v3 Classroom Foundation course

Rotterdam, August 10, 2007 - ITpreneurs is in the process ofdeveloping the entire range of ITIL v3 education products to cover the new ITIL v3certification scheme, leading to the Advanced Service Management Professionaldiploma. This 3-day ITIL v3 Foundation course is the first building block towardgaining the new advanced SM professional diploma.

The New ITIL V3 Classroom Foundation course includes a new case study, the RoyalChao Phraya Hotel Case Study. In it, students will learn how to apply the principlesof IT Service Management by operating the Royal Chao Phraya Hotel, located inThailand. ITpreneurs has designed this new case study to accommodate all aspects ofthe ITIL v3 curriculum, and upcoming ITpreneurs ITIL v3 courses will expand on theRoyal Hotel case study.

Courseware Enhancements

Multilanguage Capability

The translation work of the ITIL v3 Classroom Foundation course will start verysoon, with a Japanese version as our first target release and other languagetranslations to follow.
