A simple image compression software is being made available to users this week, as a European compression software company launches the update of their image compressor - PicShrink. The program is now in version 2.0, which includes new features such as enhanced GUI and a new print resolution feature. These features make it easy to use by people with all levels of image compression knowledge.
Redesigned for version 2.0, the developers of PicShrink aimed to provide software for users looking to compress and resize digital images fast and effectively. As a result, those with home digital cameras are able to compress their bulky picture files into much more comfortable, compressed versions. The tool has also proved to be very popular among web designers and photographers, who have many images stored on their computers and photographers and want to protect their work with watermarking. PicShrink radically reduces work time by allowing users to batch resize, edit and convert a group of images with just a few clicks.
