St. Louis, MO. St. Louis Entrepreneur and former boxingmanager Steve Conley is kicking off his first  formal Youth Entrepreneurteleseminar on December 4. Conley and his Network of seasoned youth educationspecialists, community activists, spiritual leaders, and other supporters haveamassed over $25,000 in services and support to bring this class free-of-charge to10 lucky scholarship recipients.
The teleseminar is conducted over 9 weeks via telephone and online, and coversself-assessments, leadership and business management skills, business plans,understanding web-based business, marketing strategies, communications, and economicreciprocity. At the end of the 9-week program, each student who successfullycompletes the course will have an e-commerce enabled online presence with theirbusiness domain, free hosting for 2 years, and will have a working business plan. The We Care staff and a host of stellar mentors will continue to support theirefforts for years to come.

Pastors across thecountry are including ConleyÂ's model in their programs.
