Microsoft could be about to launch a competitor for Google'sAdSense, according to reports.
In an email sent to bloggers and press, Microsoft said that it was due to launch itsContent Ads programme. Similar to Google AdSense, the scheme will place MicrosoftadCenter style advertising alongside website content.
Initially the scheme will only be available on Microsoft content sites, such as MSNMoney, MSN Real Estate and the Windows Live series of websites. However, the emailhinted that the program could be expanded to Content Ads partners at a later date.
