The young entrepreneur, Michael J Oxley, has accepted the dare and plans to removehis toe himself with a bolt cropper. The publicist will lose all his holiday rightsfor a year.
 IÂ've put a year of my life into developing this website, so losing a little toe topublicise it seems like a small sacrifice, said Michael, who will broadcast theamputation live on his website.
