She is originally from California, and graduate of Western WashingtonUniversity with a degree in English and a minor in Journalism. She started hercareer as a graphic artist in printing and then moved to the web environment. Juliehas extensive knowledge of designing for both print and electronic media. Julie also writes books and is currently working on several different books. Shealso designs and writes a comic strip in her spare time.
