On Nov. 11, for the first time in more than 20 years, a Steve McQueen auction washeld in Los Angeles. McQueenÂ's widow Barbara was among those who donated cars,trucks and motorbikes to a sale at the Petersen Automotive Museum presented byBonhams & Butterfields.
 ItÂ's hard to believe that more than a quarter of a century has passed since SteveÂ'sdeath, said widow, Barbara McQueen.  This experience (auction) has been a steppingstone for me to move on, but itÂ's also a celebration of SteveÂ's life.Â
A circa 1934 Indian Sport Scout motorcycle belonging to the actor brought $177,500. A serious collector, McQueen wouldnÂ't be without one of IndianÂ's most successfulmodels.
Without a doubt, one of McQueenÂ's favorite vehicles, a classic 1958 GMC 101-seriesturquoise pickup truck sold for $128,000.
