With MLB Universe opening part of their site this past weekOwner Devon Kunkel could not have been any happier. The team of web designers hasgone through many difficulties in completing a new baseball site. With the sitebeing about 90% complete Devon felt that now would be a good time to open up themessage boards. The plan is to grow some anticipation for the launching of the site.The site has been rumored to have live scoreboards, blogÂ's from people from themedia, full multimedia section, all the latest news and much more.
Devon had this to say  We are excited for what we have accomplished thus far. Thisproject has been like climbing a mountain and we are ever so closely nearing thetop.Â
On top of all the features the site will have, you can find on the forums a contestsection where users can freely participate in. Apparently sometime this week thefirst ever contest at MLB Universe will be announce where they will be giving out abrand new Oakley watch to the most positive member of the forums.
