Selection of ERP softwareWhat triggered mimatic to search for a new ERP software was the fact that certainmimatic processes could no longer be realized using the old software. This concernedthe link to the subsidiary in the USA, the link to the external sales force and alsothe customization of specific core processes in production, sales and distributionand the warehouse.
 Our team evaluated 10 of the most important (to us) ERP providers in the  classicselection processÂ' which took around one and a half years. We ended up attending theworkshops of two providers. In the end we made the decision to use ABAS , resumesThomas Srà ga, Head of IT at mimatic.
