ActualD oc is a document manager with extended capabilities. Unlike Windows built-insolution, this program supports over 40 graphic, MS Office, text and HTML formats,is not limited to the last 15 documents, has text search options, keeps track oflaunched applications and comes with privacy protection options.
With ActualDoc users can locate recently used documents even if they donÂ't rememberthe file name. Importantly, the list of accessed documents can be hidden andprotected with password. With this application anyone can copy desired textfragment from yesterdayÂ's document into e-mail with only three clicks.
ActualDoc bookmarks system helps users keep often used documents at hand.
ActualDoc comes with full install/uninstall support and can be used by anybody,since the software is intuitive and requires no special knowledge. GUI interface isextremely simple and convenient; currently, it supports German, French, Portuguese,Russian, Hungarian, Ukrainian and English.
