It satisfies both the owner of the property and the guest; both of whom will gainfrom the deal. Registration for both buyer and seller is free. And only a 6% fee is payable by theseller on completion of the auction. With an average fee of approximately 25USD,15GBP, 20Euros it is a low cost method of ensuring that an owner s property isbooked as much as possible during the year.
