(Toronto, Ontario, Canada) - Agile Web Solutions Inc. todayannounced an update to its popular password manager for Mac OS X, 1Passwd. The newversion 1.3 added several important new features and addressed some stabilityissues.
1Passwd is a Password Manager that leverages the built-in Mac OS X Keychain formaximum security. Web Browser extensions allow users to access their passwords fromdirectly within their favorite browsers for maximum convenience. 1Passwd alsooffers AutoFill capabilities and protects users' data from keyloggers and phishingattacks.
Of significant note, this release brings 1Passwd support for the recent OS X 10.4.7(Tiger) upgrade as well as the ability to import passwords from Web Confidential. Users can also now store their password keychain on an external USB drive.
