ANGEL FIRE, New Mexico  October 14, 2006  WorldSharpTechnologies, Inc. today announced the availability of NoteServe 2007, giving usersnew state of the art processing features for the note and loan servicing softwarepackage. The new security and audit features along with Microsoft Sequel Server2005 support insures that clients using the product will be well positioned for thefuture and will be able to continue to upgrade to the latest computer hardware andoperating software.
NoteServe is designed to process payment and disbursement activity for notes andloans. Clients of the package include banks, financial institutions, contractservicing companies and individuals. Bobby Anderson, President of WorldSharpTechnologies said that the product is frequently used to service private contractnotes or loans between individuals when a neutral third party processor is required. An example might be when a land or real estate contract buyer would send a paymentto a servicing company and that company would calculate principal and interest anddisburse funds to the seller or sellers.
When NoteServe is delivered, several supporting WorldSharp software packages areincluded. The WorldSharp ACH Item Preparation System creates NACHA files forautomatic charges and deposits to checking and savings accounts. The WorldSharpCheck Reconciliation System interfaces with NoteServe for issued items and importselectronic statement information from banks for paid item information. Informationis ported to the WorldSharp 1099 Item Preparation System so that 1098Â's and 1099Â'smay can be printed and electronically reported to the IRS. WorldSharp also providesan internet data hosting service to clients of NoteServe so that the clientÂ'scustomers can access their account information via the internet.
Hal Beswick, director of Marketing for NoteServe said that many of the newprocessing features of NoteServe 2007 make the operation of the system moreefficient and make the daily tasks easier to manage. Many fields are populatedautomatically and transactions appearing in lists and grids are color coded so thatspecific transactions stand out. Clients can now easily access scanned documentssuch as deeds and contracts as part of the account information available. Accountbalances, activity, histories or payoffs can be included in emails or as PDFattachments. NoteServe can now receive and provide electronic files associated withcounty property tax payments.
