With headquarters in Perth, Australia for the last 4 years, OMS3 founder, RichardEast feels that it is time for expansion and to take the company to the next level.In order to maximize the power of leverage and automation founders Nick Dunin andRichard East will be relocating to India as well. The administrative and programmingteam working in Romania will now be based in India.
 This new chapter is exciting for us personally and professionally. We intend to geta team of 250 technical Assistants going by the first quarter of 2007. Given thefast paced growth that the Indian IT industry is experiencing over the last severalyears, we are confident this is the right move for OMS3.
Hyderabad in particular has a robust technical and educational infrastructure. Withseveral IT institutes in the city itself we have a large pool of technical talent tochoose from. In addition, the State government is very proactive in encouraging theIT sector. That suits our purpose perfectly says East.
India is a global IT leader. The number of IT-ITES professionals employed in Indiahas grown from 830,000 in FY 2003-04 to over a million in FY 2004-05. Additionally,more than 3 million related job prospects have evolved through indirect and inducedemployment. India also has the largest pool of offshore talent in the worldaccounting for 28% of the total suitable pool available across all offshoredestinations and outpacing the share of the next closest destination by a factor of2.5.
Says Nick Dunin, mastermind behind WebTrafficVideos and the resident Internet geniusat OMS3,  This is just what OMS3 needed to get to the next level. India's amagnificent country, the infrastructure is superb and getting better by the day andthe IT education is very sound. There's a huge talent pool here that I'm lookingforward to tapping into. Dunin expects that relocating to India is the right wayfor OMS3 to step up its pace and meet the ever-increasing demands of its customers.
OMS3 intends to expand its technical force significantly. The administrative anddevelopment office in India will also take care of most of OMS3's internal usagerequirements as they form a technical marketing department. OMS3 plans to releasemany innovative software and information products in the New Year and much of theresearch and development will be carried out at Hyderabad, India.
OMS3 is the same company that launched the Systems product calledTheInternetMarketingGam e (www.theimgame.com ) earlyNovember this year and the WebTrafficVideos (www.webtrafficvideos.com) more recentlyin December 2006. With the move to India OMS3 is all set to provide better servicesand products to its customers.
