Online Poet Starts To Share His Gift
Allen Jesson, Internet poet, has started to release his entire body of work (over3,000 poems and 50,000 verses) to the world. Visitors to A Gift of Poetry can nowcreate and write their own gift poetry, creating their very own "one of a kind"wedding, anniversary or birthday gift.

Internet poet, Allen Jesson, has released the world's first automated personalizedpoetry site. With literally thousands of poems and categorized verses to choosefrom, budding bards can now find odes of inspiration to create their own lovepoetry. "A Gift of Poetry is a great way to express your innermost thoughts andfeelings and that is why it makes such a good wedding, anniversary or birthday gift,as it creates the perfect framework for you to say all those things that should havebeen said, but haven't been said, especially if you've been married a while" saysAllen. This massivebody of work, over 50,000 verses, was amassed and written over a ten year period.Some of the shared stories are very moving. From birth to death and beyond and everypoint in between, it seems Allen has written about most of the major pivotal momentsin people's lives. Apart from the obvious wedding, anniversary and birthdaymilestones, Allen's customers, who were mostly American and English, have used hisgift to send a variety of heartfelt messages to their loved ones. Australia, NewZealand and South Africa have also added to this heady and worldwide mix of love andemotion.
With a clever use of technology, visitors can now use those pre-existing verses asthe basis for their own creation. When they're finished they can have their 'gift'sent via e-mail or presented in a boxed, handmade card, even delivered with a bunchof flowers, to make the perfect wedding, anniversary or birthday gift.
