Office to PDF allows along with the generation of PDF-files, known by otherprograms, also a transfer of important internal meta-settings of an Office-file(e.g. document information, references/links, table of contents etc.) into thecorresponding objects of a PDF-document. Besides, the program supports suchMicrosoft Office formats as DOC, XLS and PPT.
In Office to PDF the assistant accompanies a user during the work and thus allows aneasy conversion with only few mouse clicks. The product uses profiles at will, i.e.it can either use predefined settings, or define personal profiles to make work withthe software even more comfortable. Office to PDF can be started directly fromOffice applications, as the installation inserts an additional symbolic button intoWord, Excel or Powerpoint.
In addition, the product provides all standard functions for the production ofPDF-files, such as e.g. security functions, access rights management, imagemanagement and watermarks.
Office to PDF supports Microsoft Office 2000, Office 2003, Office XP and Office2007. PDF-files can be produced according to PDF-specifications from 1.3 to 1.6. Theprogram runs under Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista.
