RSHosting, a cpanel reseller hosting provider, today announced partnerships with TheVisionWorld, a provider of web-based helpdesk software and WHMCS Ltd, a client-management company. The company says that it will now offer a helpdesk software "Vision Helpdesk" and a billing automation software "WHMCS", to its Reseller customers.

The company sates that it has specialized in providing whm/cpanel reseller web hosting accounts on servers physically based in UK and US datacenters. It also claims that it runs servers from top class data centers ensuring 99.99% uptime and adding to this is their round the clock support.

The company explains that with this new partnership its customers will be able to use helpdesk software to offer support to end users, and it can also offer WHMCS Client Management Billing Software to its reseller customers. Vision Helpdesk includes features like managing Emails, Scrap Book, Staff Private Messaging, WHMCS offers Billing, Domain Integration/Management, claims the company.
