GerixSoft is proud to announce the release of IndieVolume, a unique programenhancing Windows desktop with per-application volume, balance and mute audiosettings.

Often you have been in the situation when you are listening to the music, andsuddenly some application loudly shouts or dings. You get upset, and to preventthese shouts, you go to application preferences, and configure the application notto output any sound at all. Ultimately, you will turn off sounds for allapplications, except your music or video player. Eventually, you will have soundlesshome/work Windows environment.

With IndieVolume you wouldn't be forced to turn sounds off, instead you wouldconfigure applications to sound ok in front of each other, so none application wouldshout or ding.

IndieVolume allows per-application selection of playback device: if you havebuilt-in sound card and SoundBlaster or USB headset, you can configure certainapplications play on built-in sound card, and others play on SoundBlaster or USBheadset.

IndieVolume supports FX audio effects: you can alter application sounds by applyingmiscellaneous FX effects, likewise I3DL2 Reverb, Waves Reverb, Chorus, Compressor,Distortion, Flanger, Gargle, etc.
