Sydney, Australia August 10th 2009: Earlier this week Australian data management expert David Taber made speculations over SaaS CRM software, saying that no matter how good the program is, it can only be useful if the data put into it is relevant. While this suggests that businesses need to implement effective staff training in using software like that of Salesforce, developers are asking whether their CRM programs can be updated to help staff input more relevant information passively.
On the current SaaS and CRM market there are several programs aimed at large businesses, such as Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which work through an Intranet system to help staff work together and keep up to date using one easy and efficient platform.
Unfortunately for large businesses it is difficult to stop staff entering inaccurate data, but for smaller businesses there is a much simpler solution.
