This year the Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum is going to be held for the fourth time onthe 1st and 2nd of November in Kiev.
The Forum is aimed at boosting the software development and outsourcing servicesmarket both in Ukraine and Eastern Europe. A separate session of the Forum will bededicated to the discussion of the global trends in IT markets and current issues ofIT outsourcing.
The Forum organizers are the Ukrainian Hi-Тech Initiative(www.hi-tech.org.ua ), an alliance of the leading Ukrainian IT and BPO servicesproviders, and marketing communications agency PR Kvadrat , an organizer of thelarge scale and specialized PR and BTL events.
Ukrainian Outsourcing Forum is mainly aimed at ITO and BPO services development inCentral and Eastern Europe. This year Baltic Outsourcing Association (BOA) andHungarian Outsourcing Association supported the event among other partners.
We regard participation in the UOF 2007 as an opportunity to share the benefits inoutsourcing business, improve outsourcing business management level, sales andmarketing technique, communicate the best outsourcing practices both in ITO and BPOservices, which all together undoubtedly are critical to build and grow competitiveoutsourcing services enterprise on the local and international markets.
For Ukrainian outsourcing services providers from different industries we are readyto become a reliable and effective channel for entering the EU market. A keyadvantage of the Coalition is that it enables the appreciation of economies of scalewithin the function and can enable multifunction working, e.g. linking Marketresearch and Marketing communications, or Strategic business development andbusiness Legal together, where there is the potential to create synergies saidSaulius Masalskis, Chairman and Managing director of Baltic Outsourcing Association.
Within the Forum Mr. Masalskis and BOA team are going to hold several round-tablediscussions regarding Facilities Management Processes Outsourcing, and dedicated toBusiness Process Outsourcing (BPO), during which there will be highlighted BPOmanagement and development specifics in the EU countries.

That iswhy we are certainly happy with such a partnership. We believe that the UkrainianOutsourcing Forum is a possibility to exchange valuable information about the marketstatus. Our intention is to present to the local and foreign Forum participants alladvantages of outsourcing, inform them about the status of IT and BPO servicesmarket in Hungary, as well as to brief on the investment climate of the country.
