 A new addition to our family, a sassy little Boston Terrier, sparked the idea forSniffyMcGees , says Raehsler,  I wanted to offer high-quality designs in a varietyof styles that shoppers canÂ't commonly find around town or at mass retailers.Building my store online makes it accessible to everyone and with lower businessstart-up costs than a brick-and-mortar store.Â
Lisa plans to  give back by using part of the $500 Amber Grant to start SniffyMcGeeÂ's own donation program to support non-profit pet-related charityorganizations.
The Amber Grants were established by WomensNet owner, Melody Wigdahl, in 1998, as away to honor her sister, Amber Wigdahl, who died in 1981, at the age of 19.
 Amber wanted to be an entrepreneur, so the Grants are the best way to honor hermemory says Wigdahl,  and since she was such an animal lover - Sniffy McGeeÂ's is agreat recipient!Â
