All potentially negative attributes of the email message are highlighted andpresented in an easy-to-read, color coded format. Next, the message is scored on ascale from 1 to 100, with 100 being a perfect score. Each negative issue isassigned  points based on its severity, and those points are deducted from thetotal message score. The third step allows users to click a button thatautocorrects the issues at once.
