Today, SpivO Search (http://www.spivo.com) announced the launchof SpivO Maps. The service is being launched as a test or  research channel andaccessible only through the SpivO Workshop. For the mapping system, SpivO selectedGoogle Maps. This is the first SpivO channel that is completely reliant on Google orYahoo.
SpivOÂ's decision to use the Google Maps API was based on the functionality GoogleMaps has to offer to users and in an explanation found on SpivO Maps, SpivO states We believe the Google Maps API gives us the most freedom to accomplish ourdevelopment goals for the project.Â
