Techex completes its range of IPTV offerings with Exterity technology

London, 15th August 2007: Techex, an industry leading supplierof video transmission technology has entered into an agreement with Exterity, aspecialist in network IPTV, to distribute its market-leading IPTV equipment. Exterity s DVB to IP product, the Exterity TV Gateway will now form part of Techex shighly competitive offering which can help resellers profitability by supplying acomplete solution that represents excellent value. Together the two companies planto target the UK and Europe education, medical and defence and security sectors, aswell as the banking and finance industries.

Techex is also the European distributor of Vbrick standards-based video networkingsolutions and this new partnership will able it to promote Exterity products inconjunction with VBrick s to furnish resellers with a more comprehensive offering,ideally suited to any size of deployment. In particular, Techex will provide VBrickresellers with a DVB to IP product, something previously missing from its portfolio.Exterity s IPTV gateway products enable an organisation of any size to plug digitalterrestrial (DVB-T) and digital satellite (DVB-S) services directly into the LAN anddistribute live broadcast TV and radio across its building or campus network.
