Codestone is making room for continued expansion with new 12,000 square foot officeson the Nuffield Industrial Estate.
The project is costing around 1.5million and is increasing the firm s working spaceby two thirds; bringing capacity for up to 120 staff.
We ve enjoyed strong growth in all areas over the last few years and this is anatural progression for the business, said MD Jeremy Bucknell. We ve canvassed opinion from all our staff in order to create the ideal workingenvironment.
The result will be more structured work areas for our development and testingteams, quiet rooms for concentrating on specific tasks and separate open plan spacesfor our sales team to foster that sales 'buzz'.
We've also taken the opportunity to improve the provision of non-work facilitiessuch as an eatery, relaxation and games area for break times and showers for thosecycling to work.
Between buying the offices and moving in we only had 12 weeks so, although we havea great construction team, for some tasks it really has been all hands on deck. I dlike to thank the staff who have given up their spare time to help. he added.
The firm, which currently employs a staff of 55, will vacate premises at Bourne Gateon Bourne Valley Road to move into the new building, which formerly belonged toWessex Water, by the end of September in time for the start of its new financialyear.
